Tracking is included on all Australian deliveries. Qualify for free domestic shipping when you spend $150 (AUD) or more - discount automatically applied at checkout.
International Shipping: International delivery rates and times vary and do not automatically include tracking - upgrade from Economy to Standard Tracked shipping for delivery updates. Please contact me prior to purchase if you would like insured delivery.
What is your return/refund policy?
Everything from this shop is handmade individually in Sydney, Australia. The pieces will often have small hand-forming marks, making each piece unique. Size, colour and shape may vary slightly. These are not flaws.
Jewellery: Due to the fragility of the handmade pieces from this shop and for hygiene purposes, we do not accept returns on jewellery unless exhibiting a genuine manufacturing fault. Please send us an email and photo of the flawed item to email@example.com and we will advise a return address.
Please be 100% certain before purchasing and do not hesitate to ask any questions about an item before doing so.
Clothing and Homewares: We hope you love everything that you order from us, but if something isn’t quite right you have 14 days from the day you receive your parcel to return the item to us. Full-priced items can be returned for an exchange where product is available or a full refund of the item(s) excluding shipping costs.
Returned item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, unused, in original condition with all labels/tags attached and returned within 14 days of receiving your product.
What materials do you use for your jewellery?
Polymer clay is a type of modelling clay based on the polymer polyvinyl chloride (PVC). The clay is formed by hand and placed in an oven to harden.
Sterling silver earring hooks: Sourced and hand-formed locally. Please note: some earrings produced prior to July, 2017 may be sterling silver coated and not solid sterling silver. Please ask if you are unsure.
Surgical steel studs: Sourced from a local Australian supplier. Surgical steel is suitable for most sensitive ears.
Can you make clip-on earrings?
Yes! Most of my earrings can be converted to clip-ons. Just send me a message before ordering and we can chat about options and how to proceed.
Do you wholesale?
Not at the moment. But never say never! Send me an email and I'll keep you in mind if I do decide to dip my toe into the wholesale world.
